Help Her is dedicated to empowering young women to live free from harassment and violence. We provide practical safety advice, awareness campaigns, and community support to help women navigate daily life with confidence.

Founded by John Rudat after witnessing an assault in Dresden, Help Her grew from the belief that while we can’t always be there when danger strikes, we can equip one another with guidance, tools, and a supportive community to prevent it.

Through our programs, social media, and upcoming safety manuals and advisory maps, we offer tips, travel guidance, and real-world strategies to stay aware and protected. We also invite women to share their stories — helping raise awareness and inspire change.
